About Bud Jones Taxidermy & Decorating
A family taxidermy studio and museum in Tallapoosa.
About Bud Jones Taxidermy
Bud Jones Taxidermy has a sterling reputation and, through its diversity, continues to flourish. It’s one of the few facilities that has mounted a life-size African elephant, for the Anniston, Alabama Museum of Natural History, along with life-size giraffes and rhinos.
In recent years there’s been growing interest in western decorative art. Bud Jones Taxidermy furnishes the decor for large restaurant chains and keeps a large inventory of old saddles, boots, branding irons, western prints and other regalia for the discriminating decorator.
Stop by and walk through the museum room to see decades of the Jones family’s work.
